We see patients from 16 years of age and older.

At TDMD Primary Care we will cover a maximum of 3 areas of symptoms per visit. A deposit of half of the payment must be paid to confirm the visit. Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit. If the client has missed the visit the deposit may not be refunded.
*Labs and surgeries are not included in the visit fee and will cost extra
